      This twenty-one session psycho-educational program provided opportunities for incarcerated women to engage in healing activities around past parenting concerns and to offer strategies to enable them to provide more effective parenting. This program was delivered three times.

     This twenty-one session psycho-educational program provided strategies to help and heal the emotional, mental and spiritual impact of traumatic life events. This program was delivered five times.

      Twenty-one session program addressed the effects of traumatic events that had originated in the family of origin. This program was offered to women who had completed the Journey to Hope and Healing program.
